Course
Goals:

To learn
about residential design by reviewing phenomenology, planning, and
practice issues.

To develop the ability
to apply basic organizational, spatial and structural, principles to
the conception and development of interior and exterior spaces,
building elements, and components.

To develop the ability
to integrate site constraints and placemaking goals into the
development of the program and the design of the project.

To
develop outline specification and cost projections

To make a professional
presentation using drawings, models, and other media to present and
explain the design.
